Description
Massaman is one of the better known Thai flavours. It isn’t as hot as a green or red curry and is sweeter. You can paint it straight onto meat before barbecuing, or use in soups and curries. Spread, spoon or mix with extra oil for instant intense flavour. Spoon directly into the oil before you cook your meat it brings out the flavours and infuses through the whole dish. It has a delicate blend of coriander and cumin with a hint of lemon.
