1. THE COMPANY

2. DELIVERIES
2.1 We delivery worldwide, using Royal Mail, and their delivery partners outside the UK.
2.2 Please be sure to check local restrictions and duties payable prior to purchasing as we are unable to cover these on behalf of customers. If you have a question about delivery outside of the UK and Channel Islands, please email Customer Services at info@themarvellousgroup.com
2.3 Delivery charges Outside UK – These are calculated by weight and destination.
2.4 Standard Mainland UK Delivery £4.99.
2.5 Daytime delivery. If you are unlikely to be home during these hours, please specify an alternative delivery address, (i.e. work, a relative, neighbour etc) separate to your payment address.

3. YOUR ORDER
3.1. We will notify you by email as soon your order is placed to acknowledge receipt of your order and to provide you with an order number. If due to circumstances out of our control we are unable to fulfil your order following this acknowledgement, we will contact you by email or telephone advising you of this.
3.2 We may not accept your order if an item you have ordered is out of stock, if we have identified a product or pricing error, or if we are unable to obtain authorisation for your payment. Please note that we reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time.
4. RETURNS
4.1. We do hope that you are delighted with your order. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to offer a refund, exchange or replacement on all long life (more than 2 months) ambient goods returned to us within 14 days of delivery provided they are in their original, unopened and unused condition.
4.2 We will notify you by email on receipt of your returned parcel. Please allow 30 working days for your refund, exchange or replacement to be processed. You should receive returned funds within 30 days of receiving your returned goods. Please note that delivery charges / return cost cannot be refunded.
5. DAMAGE / SHORTAGE
5.1 Inspecting your goods. You should inspect all purchased products upon receipt and check that everything specified on the delivery note is included. You will be deemed to have accepted the order unless you notify us upon receipt that there is a problem immediately (within 2 days of receipt) or you cancel the order (within 7 days of receipt of goods) in accordance with your cancellation right (see below) and/or you return the goods in accordance with our Returns Policy. If you fail to take such action, we are not obligated to accept any rejection by you of the merchandise at a later date. Your statutory rights are not affected.
5.2 If your order has arrived damaged or s not containing everything on your delivery note or is in any other way not as you expected, please email info@themarvellousgroup.com for advice and next steps BEFORE returning. It is always useful for you to attach a photograph of the issue to your initial email. We are committed to providing a speedy and satisfactory resolution in the event of any issues.
6. CANCELLATION RIGHT
6.1 Under the Distance Selling Regulations you may have the legal right to cancel your order within 7 working days from the date of receipt of the goods if you send us a Notice of Cancellation in writing and return the goods to us in their original, unopened and unused condition. For further details of how to return merchandise please see our Returns Policy You can submit your Cancellation Notice by email to info@themarvellousgroup.com, or in writing to Customer Services, London Food Hall, Unit 11 Chertsey Business Park, Chertsey, KT16 9GJ. Your statutory rights are not affected.
7. AVAILIBILITY
7.1. All items are subject to availability. Validly stated prices on our website remain in effect for so long as the merchandise is available or as otherwise stated on our website. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available for any reason.
8. OWNERSHIP OF RIGHTS
8.1. All rights, including copyright, in this website are owned by or licensed for use by London Food Hall. Any use of this website or its contents, including copying or storing it or them in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use is prohibited without our permission. You may not modify, delete, distribute or post anything on this website for any purpose.
8.2. The trademarks, logos and service marks (‘intellectual property’) displayed on our website are the registered and unregistered marks of London Food Hall / Cooking Marvellous Ltd, our affiliates, our licensors and/or our suppliers in the UK, USA and other countries and are protected by UK and International trade mark laws. Except in connection with placing an order for merchandise or as required by applicable law, you may not use, reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, access, modify or otherwise exploit our intellectual property or that of our suppliers without our or their prior written consent.
9. LEGALLY BINDING CONTRACT
9.1 Please remember that when we accept your submitted order for merchandise on this website, there will be a legally binding contract.
10. LAW, JURISDICTION AND LANGUAGE
10.1. This website, any content contained herein, and any contracts entered into as a result of usage of this website are governed by English law. The parties to any such contract agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. All contracts are concluded in English. These Terms & Conditions do not affect your statutory legal rights.

11.1. There may be legal notices on other areas of this website which relate to your use of this website, all of which will, together with these Terms & Conditions govern your use of this website.
11.2 CHANGES TO LEGAL NOTICES – We reserve the right to change these Terms & Conditions from time to time and we encourage you to review them as often as possible. Any changes are effective immediately upon posting to the website.
12. ELIGIBILITY
12.1. In order to make a purchase through London Food Hall or to use some of the services or features made available to you on our website you will be required to register. When you register, you will be required to provide information about yourself including, but not limited to, your name, telephone number and email address, which is true, accurate, current and complete in all respects.
12.2. Should any of your registration information change in future you are required to amend your personal online account immediately. We are not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address. We may change registration requirements from time to time. Furthermore, when ordering items, you will be required to provide payment details and you represent and warrant that the payment details you provide on ordering are both valid and correct and you confirm that you are the person referred to in the billing information provided.
12.3. The purchase of products through the London Food Hall website is strictly limited to parties who can lawfully enter into and form contracts on the website in accordance with English law.
13. ACCURACY OF PRICING
13.1. We have taken great care in the preparation of the content of this website, in particular to ensure that the details, descriptions and prices quoted are correct at the time of publishing. However, we will only accept orders if there are no material errors in the description of the product or its price as advertised on this website.
13.2. All prices are displayed including VAT and are exclusive of delivery charges. The total cost of your order is the price of the merchandise and delivery charges as set out in the Delivery Charges

15. ACCURACY OF CONTENT
15.1. We aim to update our website regularly, as manufacturers change product packaging and weights from time to time. The packaging on some products may vary from that shown. The weights and dimensions are approximate. We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and shades of all products that appear on the website. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your personal computer equipment, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the merchandise on delivery.
15.2. To the extent permitted by applicable law, London Food Hall disclaims all warranties, express or implied, as to the accuracy of the information contained in any of the materials on this website.
15.3. We are not responsible for the content of any off-website pages, or any other websites linked to or from this website. Links appearing on this website are for your convenience only and are not an endorsement by us of the content, products, services or suppliers connected therewith. We shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise from the use of any of the information contained in any of the materials on this website, in any off-website or in any linked websites.
16. PAYMENT
16.1. Payment can be made using the payment methods detailed in the Checkout section of this website. This includes PayPal, Shopify and Apple Pay.
16.2. Payment will be debited from your account at the point at which your order is processed/dispatched.
16.3. By entering these payment details at checkout, you confirm that the credit or debit card being used is yours. Please note that all credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the issuer of the card.
16.4. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to pay or does not for any reason authorise payment to London Food Hall, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of merchandise.
16.5. We retain the legal ownership of all products until full payment has been made by you and received by us and legal ownership of the products will immediately transfer back to us if we refund any payment for the products to you.
17. DAMAGE TO YOUR COMPUTER
17.1. London Food Hall makes every effort to ensure that this website is free from viruses or defects. However, we cannot guarantee that your use of this website, or any websites accessible through it, won’t cause damage to your computer.
17.2. It is your responsibility to ensure that the right equipment is available to use the website and screen out anything that may damage it. London Food Hall will not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise to computer equipment as a result of using this website.
18. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
18.1. London Food Hall makes no representations or warranties in connection with this website, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of satisfactory quality, non-infringement or fitness for a particular purpose, except to the extent such warranties are not legally excludable.

To the fullest extent permissible London Food Hall will not be liable for interruption of business; loss or damages of any kind incurred as a result of dealings with or the presence of the website or off-website links; access delays or access interruptions to the website; computer viruses, system failure or any malfunction which may occur in connection with your use of this website; any inaccuracies or omissions or misleading, false or deceptive statements in the content; or, any events beyond London Food Hall’s reasonable control.

22. SUBSTITUTIONS
22.1. In bundle or Hamper deals we reserve the right to substitute any product for products of equal or greater value.
All items offered on our website are subject to availability and we reserve the right to send a suitable substitute.
