Damaged Items
We really do try to ensure that your goods arrive to you in tip top condition, however in the unfortunate event that they don’t, please drop us an email and we will do everything we can to resolve it to your satisfaction. A picture paints a thousand words here, so its handy if you can send us a photo to explain the issue. Any refunds will be made back to the originating purchase option.
If you change your mind after dispatch
If your goods have arrived, and you decide that you no longer want them, - your prerogative of course – things can change ! , then you may follow the return instructions on the back of your delivery note. Please note, that these products need to come back to us in their original packaging, and in resaleable condition.
