If you have been searching for something , particularly if you are outside the UK, then please do let us know, we will get our purchasing team on to it straight away.

If your goods have arrived , and you decide that you no longer want them, then you can follow the return instructions on the back of your delivery note. Please note, that we need to receive these products back in a resaleable condition.

We really do try to ensure that your goods arrive to you in tip top condition, however in the unfortunate event that they don’t, please drop us an email and we will do everything we can to resolve it to your satisfaction. A picture paints a thousand words here, so its really handy if you can send us a photo to explain the issue.

We aim to dispatch within 2 to 3 days, but very often even quicker than that. Our delivery partners are Royal Mail, and if you are outside the UK, Royal Mail will hand your parcel to their delivery partner in your country. We will send you tracking numbers where available so that you can track the progress of your order.

If you have a deadline, then please let us know before you order, and we can give you an estimated timeline.

Our head office and warehouse is based in Chertsey in Surrey, close to Heathrow so we can get your goodies off to you as soon as possible.
