Cook until lightly browned. Add 250g minced steak and 125g chopped chicken livers and stir until browned. Stir in 2 tbsp tomato purée, 125ml dry white wine, 150ml beef stock and 2 tbsp Organic Basil. Season with salt and pepper. Cover and simmer gently for 40 minutes. Serve with pasta
