True Ceylon Cinnamon (Cinnamomum zeylanicum), perfect for adding depth to sweet and savoury dishes. Rub into a leg of lamb for winter flavours at any time of the year. Add to biscuits and cakes, Moroccan tagines or use to flavour a crème brûlée. For cinnamon toast simply mix cinnamon with caster sugar and sprinkle onto buttered toast before placing under a grill to melt.
