Description
Our Irresistible pasta is crafted in Campania, southern Italy, by the De Matteis family of pasta makers, using the finest Italian durum wheat semolina. It's shaped with a traditional bronze die for a slightly roughened texture which holds more sauce, then slowly dried to preserve the delicate flavour of the wheat. Mezzi Rigatoni is typically used in Italy with ragu, tomato sauces or in baked pasta dishes.
