ZHOUG PASTE Herby and fiery. Zhoug paste is a bold, fresh, herby spice paste, packed with coriander and a chilli kick. Its delicious mixed with oil as a dip, or brushed onto meat, fish or vegetables before grilling. Stir a little through houmous to add an extra dimension of flavour, or mix with yogurt and serve with falafel for fragrant dipping.
