Made with a combination of corn flour, brown rice and quinoa, Garofalo Gluten Free Pasta is formulated specifically for coeliacs and the gluten intolerant. It offers the flavour of a genuine pasta that is bronze drawn to obtain a rough surface which sauces and other condiments stick to very well.
