Description
Pasta Cocco’s Penne Rigate is one of the best loved pasta shapes due to it’s versatility in the kitchen. Great for a wide range of sauces the shape also works well for baked dishes. Named after a writing quill due to its diagonally ‘snipped’ ends, which also helps the tubes to capture more sauce.

Pasta Cocco is produced by true pasta ‘masters’. With a history going back to the start of the 20th Century the pasta is produced using the simplest - but finest – ingredients, together with a century of skill. Pasta Cocco’s excellence can be attributed, in part, to the culmination of specific geographical elements: the spring waters of the River Verde, the dry atmosphere created by the surrounding mountains and the traditional machinery which is carefully maintained to produce the texture which the brand is recognised for. These factors, and the skill now shared by generations of the Cocco family, combine to produce a pasta which is sought after around the world.
