Highfield Preserves Traditional Piccalilli 280G

Handmade traditional pickle with a mixture of vegetables in a sweet and spicy mustard sauce. Pair with a traditional Ploughman’s lunch or eat with cheese, meats, salads or pies. Handcrafted in small batches using traditional open pans. Made in Devon using only British fruit and vegetables.

Vegetables in varying proportions 55% (silverskin onions, celery, cauliflower florets, carrots, courgettes, green beans, red peppers), cider vinegar, sugar, honey, corn starch (thickener), ground cumin, yellow mustard seed, mustard powder, chilli, turmeric, spices.
