Fairtrade Coffee Beans Specially selected for their smooth, nutty aroma from Fairtrade certified small scale farmers in Latin America where the farmers use traditional techniques to selectively harvest only the ripest cherries. The beans are then slowly dried in the sun, blended and carefully roasted to a medium dark colour to give a coffee that has a luxuriously smooth mouthfeel and a sweet nutty aftertaste.
