Oven
Pre-heat your oven to 180°C/Fan 160°C/Gas mark 4. Place the beef, onions and carrots in an ovenproof casserole dish. Mix the contents of the sachet with the water and add to the casserole. Cover and cook in the oven for 1 hour 45 minutes or until tender, stirring occasionally.
