A tasty way to make a mid week Bolognese - just add some spaghetti and garlic breaRecipe suggestions
Ingredients: 1 sachet Spaghetti Bolognese Mix (42g), 1 teaspoon (5ml) vegetable oil, 450g (1lb) lean minced beef, 1 medium sized onion, finely chopped 115g, mushrooms, sliced, 150ml (1/4 pint) cold water, 400g (150z) can tomatoes, 2 tablespoon tomato purée (optional), 275g spaghetti (cooked and drained), parmesan cheese (optional).

Brown the mince and onion in the oil. Add the sliced mushrooms and fry for a further 1-2 minutes. Drain off excess liquid. Stir in the contents of the sachet, water, tomatoes and the tomato puree (optional). Bring to the boil while stirring occasionally. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes or until thoroughly cooked, stirring occasionally. Serve with the spaghetti and top with Parmesan cheese (optional).
