Hob - From Ambient. Cooking appliances vary. These instructions are given as a guide. Please ensure that the product is piping hot throughout before serving.
As a guide use approximately 75g uncooked pasta per person. It is not necessary to pre-cook the sheets of lasagne. They can be used straight from the packet in your recipe.

However, if you wish to do so, bring a large pan of lightly salted water to the boil and add a small amount of olive oil to the water to prevent the sheets from sticking together.
Add the pasta and bring back to the boil. Cook uncovered for 10 mins for 'al dente' or 12 mins for a softer texture. Drain well and use in your recipe in the normal way.
