Cooking Instructions - General. Use 1 noodle nest per person for a light meal or accompaniment.

Place the noodles in boiling water. Remove from heat and leave them to soak. Stir frequently to separate noodles. Drain and refresh by running under cold water.; Shallow Fry - From Ambient. 6 min
