Ingredients:
1 sachet Shepherd's Pie Mix, 39g, 1 teaspoon (5ml) vegetable oil, 300ml of cold water, 450g minced lamb (or beef), 2 carrots - sliced, 1 medium onion - sliced, 700g mashed potato.

How to prepare

Fry/Oven
Heat oil in a large saucepan. Fry mince and onion in a frying pan until brown. Drain off excess liquid. Add 300ml of cold water and stir in the contents of the sachet. Thinly slice 2 carrots. Pre-heat the oven to 200°C/ Fan 180°C/Gas mark 6. Place the mixture in an ovenproof dish and cover with 700g of mashed potatoes. Place in the oven and cook for approximately 45 minutes.
