Cooking guidelines

Ensure that the product is piping hot throughout before serving.
Allow 75g of dried pasta per person.
Place pasta in a large pan of boiling, slightly salted water. Stir and return to the boil.
Cook for 10 mins for 'al dente' or 12 mins for a softer texture. Drain well and serve immediately in your favourite recipe.
