Riverbank Bakery Cherry & Sultana Cake

Our cherry and sultana cake is a hand-finished, moist fruit cake made with glace cherries and sultanas and decorated with cherries.

Sultanas (22%), wheat flour, sugar, vegetable margarine (palm oil, rapeseed oil, salt, water), glace cherries (6%) (cherries, glucose-fructose syrup, preservative (sorbic acid), colour (E127), citric acid), vegetable glycerin, apple juice from concentrate, raising agent (sodium bicarbonate), rapeseed oil, preservative (potassium sorbate), glaze (sugar, water, glucose syrup, gelling agent (pectin), citric acid, acidity regulator (sodium citrates)).
