Riverbank Bakery Mixed Fruit Cake

Our mixed fruit cake is a hand-finished, spiced fruit cake made with vine fruits and decorated with flaked almonds and glace cherries.

Vine fruit (25%), (sultanas, raisins), wheat flour, sugar, vegetable margarine (palm oil, rapeseed oil, salt, water),glace cherries (4%), (cherries, glucose-fructose syrup, preservative (sorbic acid), colour (E127), citric acid), flaked almonds (1%), mixed spice, vegetable glycerine, apple juice from concentrate, raising agent (sodium bicarbonate), rapeseed oil, preservative (potassium sorbate), glaze (sugar, water, glucose syrup, gelling agent (pectin), citric acid, acidity regulator (sodium citrates)).
