Riverbank Bakery Orange & Sultana Cake

Our orange and sultana cake is a hand-finished fruit cake made with vine fruit and decorated with tender sliced orange.

Vine fruit (25%), (sultanas, raisins), wheat flour, sugar, vegetable margarine (palm oil, rapeseed oil, salt, water), vegetable glycerin, apple juice from concentrate, raising agent (sodium bicarbonate), rapeseed oil, flavourings, preservative (potassium sorbate), sweetened orange slices (1%) (orange, glucose fructose syrup, sugar, citric acid, sulphur dioxide), glaze (sugar, water, glucose syrup, gelling agent (pectin), citric acid, acidity regulator (sodium citrates)).
