A crêpe maker by passion and Breton at heart, Christian Faure created the first individually wrapped strawberry-filled crêpe in 1988. A concept was born and with it a name: the Whaou! crêpe. The recipe and fresh, top-quality ingredients gave the crêpe a new dimension, and the concept was an immediate success.

Crêpe 62.5%: Fresh whole MILK 35%, WHEAT flour, sugar, extra-fresh EGGS 10%, pastry butter 3.8%, sunflower oil, salt. Filling 37.5%: Sugar, sunflower oil, HAZELNUTS 13%, fat-reduced cocoa powder 7.4%, skimmed MILK powder, whey powder (MILK), emulsifier: sunflower lecithins; flavoring.
