Botham's Of Whitby Stem Ginger Brack

A deliciously sticky fruit loaf made with a vibrant combination of golden sultanas & stem ginger pieces with orange zest. ‘Brack’ is a fruited cake made without added shortening. In Yorkshire it’s a treat with a little bit of butter and cheese.
