Happy Organic Chestnut Flour (Gluten-Free) 350g
With its slightly sweet flavor and dense texture, chestnut flour makes delicious desserts and snacks. You can add it alone to your preparations, or mix it with other flours, such as cornstarch, for a lighter result. Chestnut flour particularly brings out the flavors of chocolate, cinnamon, honey, and nuts. As it is gluten-free, you can use it safely!
HAPPY FONDANT FOR 6 PEOPLE: 100g chestnut flour, 165g caster sugar, 200g dark chocolate, 200g butter, 4 eggs. Preheat your oven to 175°C. Break the eggs, separating the whites from the yolks. In a bowl, melt the chocolate with the butter. In a bowl, mix the egg yolks with the sugar, then add the chestnut flour and the chocolate mixture. Beat the egg whites until stiff and gently fold them into the mixture. Pour into a mold and bake for 35 minutes. And there you have it, it's ready!
