Rich in selenium, providing around 98% RI per 20g serving, and a source of magnesium, protein and fibre, it also contains Co‑enzyme Q10. Gluten-free and suitable for vegan and vegetarian diets, the recommended serving is 20g daily, simply stirred into porridge, cereal, smoothies or yoghurt.
