Product Description
How to create your own festive gingerbread house
1 Melt 72g butter and 62g golden syrup in the bowl in the microwave then add 10ml water and mix.
2 Add the biscuit mix to the bowl and mix.
3 Knead by hand for 30 seconds until it forms a smooth dough
4 Flour a surface and roll out dough using a rolling pin to 5mm.
5 Cut gingerbread house shapes using templates (see inside of pack), place on a lined baking tray.
6 Bake at Fan 160°C (or 180°C conventional, Gas Mark 4) for 12-13 minutes. Allow to cool before decorating.
7 Mix the powdered icing with 15ml water, mix to a smooth pipeable mix and add to piping bag.
8 Decorate the house panels as desired, then assemble house using remaining icing.
