British grown Albion strawberries from Herefordshire are gently stirred by hand in traditional open copper lined pans with Honeoye strawberries to create the perfect marriage for a lusciously rich strawberry jam. Only when we have created what we are happy to put our name to is each batch signed by our tem of master jam makers.
