Wright's Strong Wholemeal is made of baker's strength flour, milled here at Ponders End from top quality, high protein wheats and is the same excellent quality as the much loved base flour used in our wholemeal mixes. This is bread making flour which excludes the yeast and the other ingredients used in our popular bread mixes.
